Meet Aidan Rindfleisch: Strategic Development Intern
PCF Summer Intern, Aidan Rindfleisch
We’re thrilled to welcome Aidan Rindfleisch to the Pacific Cancer Foundation ‘ohana as our Strategic Development Intern for summer 2025.
Aidan is entering his senior year at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he’s majoring in Consumer Behavior & Marketplace Studies with minors in Entrepreneurship and Environmental Studies. He brings a strong background in communications, project coordination, and strategic planning—experience he’s excited to build on this summer while exploring new areas like donor relations and nonprofit development.
Aidan’s internship runs from June through mid-August and is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing him to work remotely while contributing meaningfully across multiple departments. His focus areas include strategic plan implementation, communications enhancement, and supporting major fundraising initiatives like our 20th Anniversary campaign and Paddle for Life.
“I was drawn to Pacific Cancer Foundation because of its deep community roots and its mission to support those affected by cancer in Maui County,” Aidan shared. “The opportunity to contribute to meaningful, people-centered work while also learning more about nonprofit operations was something I couldn’t pass up.”
Aidan is also the stepson of board member Dexter Borrowman, PCF’s incoming Vice President. From day one, our team has been impressed by his enthusiasm, adaptability, and thoughtful approach. We’re grateful to have his fresh perspective on board during this exciting chapter of growth at PCF.
