Practical tools, support, and encouragement for living with cancer.

Whether you're living with cancer, adjusting to life after treatment, or supporting someone you care about, this free 6-week workshop can help you navigate the challenges that come with cancer and build skills for everyday life.

Next Session starts August 5th!

What is Cancer: Thriving & Surviving?

Cancer: Thriving & Surviving is a free evidence-based workshop developed at Stanford University for people living with cancer and those who support them.

Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical skill-building activities, participants learn ways to manage stress, fatigue, difficult emotions, communication challenges, and other everyday aspects of living with cancer.

Facilitators bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to the cancer experience, creating a supportive environment where participants can learn from one another and move at their own pace.
