Meet Your Instructor

Dale Andrew Miles

Dale Andrew Miles has completed more than 600 hours of formal yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, in the Himalayan foothills along the Ganges River. Over the past decade, he has taught more than 7,000 yoga classes throughout Canada and the United States.

Specializing in slow, restorative yoga, Dale creates classes that emphasize the connection between mind, body, and spirit. His gentle teaching style helps participants feel safe, supported, and deeply relaxed while encouraging trust in the body's natural capacity for healing and renewal.
