Pacific Cancer Foundation partners with the certified Prosthesis Team at Nordstrom to offer personalized breast prosthesis and bra fittings for individuals who have undergone breast surgery.

These fittings are provided in a private, comfortable setting and are typically covered by insurance with a provider referral.

How to Get Started

Step 1: Ask Your Medical Provider for a Referral
Your oncologist, surgeon, or medical provider must complete a referral form for prosthesis services.

If you need help requesting this referral, our Navigation Team is happy to assist.

Step 2: Connect with PCF Navigation
Once your provider submits the referral, our Navigation Department will:

• Confirm your referral has been received
• Review your insurance coverage with you
• Go over any available financial assistance resources
• Forward your information securely to Nordstrom’s Prosthesis Team

Step 3: Schedule Your Fitting
A Nordstrom representative will contact you directly to schedule your fitting and explain what to expect. They will also submit insurance claims on your behalf.

Step 4: Attend Your Personalized Fitting
Your fitting will include:

• A private, one-on-one consultation
• Review of prosthesis options and bra styles
• Education on care and cleaning
• Support in finding the right fit for comfort and confidence
