Join Maui Cancer Resources for Cancer Healing Kitchen, an interactive cooking and nutrition workshop focused on preparing healthy, flavorful meals that support healing, wellness, and cancer prevention.
This special workshop, themed “Stretching the $,” is designed to empower cancer patients and survivors with practical cooking skills, nutrition education, and affordable meal ideas that can support both health and everyday life.
Participants will work together to prepare a three-course meal while learning about recipe reading, food preparation techniques, nutrient-dense ingredients, and evidence-based approaches to cancer prevention and wellness through nutrition.
The workshop also includes time for conversation, reflection, and connection with others navigating similar experiences.
