Join Maui Cancer Resources for Hikes for Healing, a restorative guided walk through the peaceful forest trails of Haleakalā National Park.
Led by Jeannine Copp, this experience invites participants to slow down, breathe deeply, and immerse themselves in the sights, sounds, and stillness of the forest. Guests will enjoy native bird calls, the scent of eucalyptus and rich soil, and a gentle opportunity to reconnect with nature and themselves.
The walk is designed to move at a slow, supportive pace and includes time for silence, sharing, reflection, and learning about the surrounding environment.
Please note that while the trail is short and not steep, participants should be comfortable walking on uneven and sometimes slippery ground with roots and rocks. Due to the elevation, this event may not be appropriate for individuals with breathing difficulties.
Pre-registration is required. Park entry fees are not included.
