A cancer diagnosis can bring so many questions, worries, and changes. Pacific Cancer Foundation’s Patient Navigation team is here to walk alongside you and help you find the support you need.
Meet one-on-one with PCF Patient Navigator, Andrea Bacos, and Patient Care Coordinator, Tori-Ann Bacos-Golis, in PCF’s Wailuku Navigation office. They can help connect you with resources, talk through your options, and support you through the many practical and emotional parts of the cancer experience.
Patient Navigation can help with:
Transportation to medical appointments, including travel to O‘ahu when needed
Lodging assistance for treatment away from home
Financial assistance and help applying for community resources
Nutrition support, grocery help, and meal supplements
Wigs, prostheses, and other comfort items
Support groups, classes, and counseling referrals
Help talking with family members and caregivers
Understanding your treatment plan and next steps
Simply having someone to listen and help you figure out where to start
When: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Where: Inside the Pacific Cancer Institute (Suite 99) at Maui Memorial Medical Center
Who it's for: Cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and family members across Maui, Lānaʻi, and Molokaʻi
