Neuropathy Support Class

  • Hui No Ke Ola Pono 95 Mahalani Street Wailuku, HI, 96793 United States (map)

If you are experiencing numbness, tingling, or discomfort in your hands or feet, you are not alone. Neuropathy is a common side effect during and after cancer treatment, and it can make daily tasks feel more challenging.

This class is created especially for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers in Maui County. Guided by our Qigong instructor, Kurt Miyajima, sessions draw from the slow, mindful practices of Taiji and Qigong. Movements are gentle, accessible, and adaptable to your comfort level, with a focus on encouraging circulation, flexibility, and a greater sense of ease in the body.

You are welcome to move at your own pace in a calm and supportive environment.

Dates: Thursdays, March 5 - April 9
(No class on March 26 in observance of Prince Kūhiō Day)
Time: 9:30 - 10:30am
