Pacific Cancer Foundation is offering free, in-person patient navigation support in Lahaina throughout the month of February.

Each Wednesday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, individuals and families impacted by cancer can meet one-on-one with our Patient Care Coordinator at the Hawai‘i State Department of Health Ka 'Oihana Olakino in Lahaina.

Cancer can bring uncertainty, appointments, paperwork, and difficult decisions. Our patient navigation services are designed to help reduce overwhelm and connect you to trusted support and resources across Maui County.

Support may include:

  • Care coordination and resource connections

  • Transportation and appointment support

  • Lodging support when traveling for treatment

  • Guidance on financial assistance, when eligible

  • Referrals to community programs and services

This service is free and open to cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers in Maui County.
