Credit Unions of Maui Raise $35,000 for Pacific Cancer Foundation at 10th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
On Saturday, August 9, 2025, the Credit Unions of Maui hosted their 10th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at The Dunes at Maui Lani Golf Course, bringing the community together for a day of fun, fellowship, and giving. Thanks to the incredible generosity of players, sponsors, and supporters, the event raised $35,000 in net proceeds to benefit Pacific Cancer Foundation.
“This 10th anniversary event wouldn’t have been possible without the outpouring of support from our community,” said Kelly Tobita, spokesperson for the Credit Unions of Maui. “Mahalo to every player, sponsor, and supporter who helped us make a meaningful impact for local families.”
For Pacific Cancer Foundation, this gift represents far more than a dollar amount. It is hope, care, and connection for hundreds of families across Maui County.

Since 2014, Kahului FCU, Maui County FCU, MauiFed CU, Maui Teachers FCU, Valley Isle Community FCU, and Wailuku FCU have proudly collaborated to host this annual tournament in support of local healthcare nonprofits. Together, they have raised more than $400,000 to strengthen the health and well-being of individuals and families throughout Maui County.
