Pacific Cancer Foundation invites you to join Cancer: Thriving & Surviving, a free 6-week workshop series for people living with cancer and those who support them.
Developed at Stanford University, this evidence-based program offers practical tools, support, and encouragement for navigating the challenges that can come with cancer. Through guided discussion, reflection, and skill-building activities, participants explore ways to manage stress, fatigue, difficult emotions, communication, and other everyday aspects of life during and beyond cancer.

Location: Cameron Center, 95 Mahalani St, Wailuku
Cost: Free of charge
Additional Information: Light refreshments provided. Participants are welcome to bring breakfast and snacks.

• Managing fatigue and sleep challenges
• Navigating stress, uncertainty, and difficult emotions
• Building healthy habits and daily routines
• Communicating with family members and healthcare providers
• Using relaxation and guided imagery techniques
• Setting realistic goals and action plans
• Finding support and asking for help when needed
Who is this workshop for?
Individuals living with cancer, cancer survivors, caregivers, and support people. Participants are welcome to attend with someone they trust, whether they support that person or are supported by them.
