Neuropathy Support Class

Gentle movement for comfort, circulation, and ease

This class is designed specifically for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers in Maui County who are experiencing neuropathy, including numbness, tingling, or discomfort in the hands and feet.

Drawing from the slow, mindful practices of Taiji and Qigong, sessions focus on gentle movements that help encourage circulation, flexibility, and greater comfort. Exercises are simple, accessible, and offered in a calm, supportive environment.
