International yoga teacher, educator, and ashtanga yoga practitioner with more than 15 years of experience with holistic yoga practices and cancer nursing. Christina believes passionately that the practice of yoga is transforming and life-inspiring.
In her free time, she enjoys reading her "off the mat, into the kitchen" blogs and living a balanced life by the principles of breathe well, eat well, live well. She embraces the island life enjoying the beach, her family (including her Aussie yogi dog, Me'a) and playing the piano.
