One of the most common misconceptions about eating healthfully is that it takes too much time to cook.  Join us in dispelling that myth while learning some shortcuts to creating healthy meals (including easy one-pot meals).  We’ll explore ways of simplifying your time in the kitchen and we'll sample a few new recipes too!   Bring your favorite tips & tricks to share with the group!
