Let’s step into spring surrounded by the beauty of Iao Valley. In the next workshop in our "Nature of Meditation" series, we will let the lushness of the rainforest serve as the backdrop for our morning of healing, meditation, and fellowship. Join us for a short walk by the stream before we gather for our meditation. Sit and soak in the beauty of the West Maui Mountains while meeting other members of our PCF family. Coffee & healthy snacks will be provided.

Carla Jalbert will lead us through a guided meditation, and give helpful hints to living a more mindful and meaningful life. Through the practice of living in the present moment, we can put our bodies in the optimum state of healing: the relaxation state. Spending time in nature is one of the most effective ways to bring us into the present moment and to connect us to all that there is. By sharing this practice together, we build friendships and create community, an often overlooked, yet essential aspect in our own healing.
